Jeffrey Fang, Senior Partner, AllBright Law Offices

Jeffrey Fang is a senior partner of AllBright Law Offices (Shen Zhen). Mr. TANG, specializing in the listing, reformation, M&A and restructuring of companies, is currently a senior partnerand the director of the Special Committee on Companies and Securities of Deheng Law Offices(Shenzhen). Mr.Tang has authored Analysis of Difficult Cases of Major Asset Restructuring of Listed Companies, which is published by Law Press on August 2015. 薛颖，合伙人，己任律师事务所
